30-Day Returns

We accept returns of unused, unworn products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, email admin@alunapets.com with your order number and "return request" in the subject line. We will send you a prepaid return label.

Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days of us receiving the item. The refund goes back to your original payment method.

Wrong Size?

Size exchanges are free within 30 days of delivery, as long as the product has not been worn. Email admin@alunapets.com with your order number and the size you need.

Not sure what size to order in the first place? See the size guide on the product page or email us before ordering. We would rather help you get it right the first time.

Damaged or Defective Item

If your Aluna Wrap arrives damaged or defective, email admin@alunapets.com with a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement immediately. No return required.
