Shipping

  • We process orders within 1–2 business days.
  • Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days (US / Australia / UK / Canada).
  • You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
  • Free standard shipping on all orders.

We ship through our supply partners, and occasionally an order may take a little longer during peak periods. If anything is delayed, reach out and we will sort it out fast.

What If My Package Has Not Arrived?

Tracking numbers update within 24 to 48 hours of dispatch. If your package shows no movement for more than 7 business days, email admin@alunapets.com with your order number and we will look into it.

Damaged or Lost in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, email admin@alunapets.com with your order number and a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
