We do our best to display products accurately. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. Product descriptions are written in good faith based on supplier specifications. We do not make medical claims about our products. The Aluna Wrap is not a substitute for veterinary advice.

All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Your price is confirmed at the time your order is placed.

We accept payment by major credit card and any other methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely. We do not store your card details.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms we received your order. It is not a guarantee of fulfillment.

We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons including: pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions. If we cancel your order, we will refund you in full and let you know.

To the extent permitted by law, Aluna Pets is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.

We do not guarantee that our products will produce a specific outcome for your dog. Results vary between animals.
